• We have two floors available for rent. 
• Upstairs is a beautiful ballroom with a stage and wood floor.
• Downstairs is daylight basement with Kitchen. 
• All food and drink have to be consumed downstairs due to the wood floors upstairs. 

Important:
• No alcohol on Premises
• Must supply your own Liability Insurance

Cost is $75.00 an hour per floor + a $150.00 refundable deposit
